We recently had 2 deaths in the family, one being my mother. I am the Executor of her estate. She owned a rental house in Hillyard. It was abandoned and a mess. I got estimates to clean up the place both inside and out. It was several thousands of dollars. I don’t live in Spokane so I would have had to manage this project from California. I investigated Cash For Houses companies and found 3 that had pretty good reviews. Easy Home Buyer actually met us at the house. Matt was very compassionate to our situation, and gave us a bid. Another company was in New Jersey, but had a Spokane number, they didn’t want to see the house but gave a bid anyway. Red Flag!
