The Easy Home Buyer was founded in 2019 by Chad Young in an effort to help revitalize the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas. He saw a huge need for people to be able to sell homes quickly and saw an opportunity to bring homes back into the affordable housing market.

With Spokane and CDA natives operating the company we have over 150 years of living in our area on the team! We are local, family owned and operated company that purchases over 200 homes a year and turned them back into beautiful, affordable homes for families in the area.
